Great - there is a diet program for you called the calorie shifting diet. This program allows you to keep eating your favourite foods and even drink some alcohol. Doesn't it sound great, eating good and despite that lose your beer belly.

So, you need to reduce your intake of alcohol and junk food, start drinking water and join the calorie shifting diet. If you do that your beer belly will be gone before summer.
