End Up in Great Shape Before Summer - Quick and Safe Weight Loss Tips

Soon is the summer here but you don't like it very much. Your body has grown during winter and your swim suit doesn't fit you anymore. Don't feel blue; there are some great tips and shortcuts to a beach body. Read and learn how to do to get back in shape before summer.
First of all, if you want to lose weight you can´t just sit down and relax, you need to put some effort in it. Don't be scared I'm not gonna tell you to run 2 hours per day, my tips are a little bit softer and easier to follow.

My first tip on how to rapidly lose weight is - change your calorie containing drinks to water. Just by drinking water you can radically increase you metabolism, some studies show that the metabolism increase up to 30 percent if you drink 8 or more glasses of water. Water doesn't contain any calories, it is cheap and you will clean your body from the inside. Take a look at the table of content on a juice carton and you will see how many calories you will save if you drink water instead. I think this is the best and easiest tip to use if you want to lose weight.
My second tip is that instead of eating big meals you should eat often and smaller portions and between 6 to 8 meals per day is appropriate. This will speed up your metabolism and keep you healthy.
