The typical American breakfast is rich in fat. Most Americans for this reason are overweight not to mention their susceptibility to various heart and other diseases. Fruit smoothies show faster results even when compared to diets that contain whole fruits and vegetables. The breakfast should be an ideal combination of protein, carbohydrates and fat.
